The EFA Forum included the launching of "Education for All Global Monitoring Report 2009" in Norway as well as reports from the High Level EFA meeting in Oslo in December 2008.
Ms Ragnhild Dybdahl, Director of The Education and Research Department (Norad) chaired the meeting. The speakers included Mr Håkon A. Gulbrandsen, State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms Gerd-Hanne Fosen, Senior Adviser in the Ministry of Education and Research and Ms Linken Nymann Berryman, Senior Adviser in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
